Go full ninja and install this monkey and wing bar combo! At 1500mm wide, and 2000mm long, the monkey bars are generously proportioned, giving room for several users. The wing bar is also 1500mm wide and the top rung gives an extra 1000mm of height which is ideal for ring training or mounting a climbing rope.
This can be mounted at any height to suit but would typically be at 2500mm and is perfect for monkey bar, muscle up and ring training.
The sides of both the wing bar and monkey bar ladder are 44mm thick and will certainly test your grip strength if used for pull ups.
The ladders are zinc primed and powder coated in UV stable textured black RAL 9005, and manufactured to ISO 9001:2008 standards. As with all our metalwork, the end flanges are constructed from 8 mm thick stainless steel plates for increased longevity.
The monkey bar ladder has 6 rungs made from 33.7mm S355 steel which run seamlessly into the 5 wing bar rungs. The rungs of both ladders are all equally spaced at 333mm centres, allowing an uninterrupted transition from monkey bar to to wing bar. The ladder sides are constructed from 44mm S355 steel. They are both available separately if you want to expand an existing outdoor gym.

*Our posts are made from premium kiln dried and laminated Larch and are much less prone to splitting or warping. They're supplied to us treated, before we fill any imperfections with an epoxy based filler. We then sand and paint them with 3 coats of UV stable Remmers lacquer to enhance their appearance and longevity.
*We don't install our posts in the ground. Instead we use heavy duty galvanised H post holders, meaning vastly prolonged life and easy dismantling of your gym should you need to move house.
*All our metal hardware is designed and manufactured using the latest CAD and laser cutting technologies. Everything is manufactured exclusively for ExoFit and we don't import cheap materials. Our bars are constructed from 33.7mm diameter British S355 steel and have 3 and 4mm wall thickness. Our end flanges are made from 8mm stainless steel for longevity.

*We use high quality fixings. Any butt joints are reinforced using M16 threaded bar set in resin, and Konstrux timber screws. All drill holes in the posts are treated with boron gel to deter rot.
*All our installations are modular and flexible in design. The bar height is up to you, but typically we recommend 2800mm, 2400mm, 1800mm and 1400mm.
*Where possible posts can be substituted for longer lengths to enable bars to be mounted higher. Bar length is also optional where designs allow. Any changes from the standard designs are subject to additional costs.
*We can also provide stainless steel post caps to extend the life of your installation.
